Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows

•All bookings are non-refundable.

•Cancellations made with a minimum of 7 days’ notice may be rescheduled or converted into a gift voucher at our discretion.

•Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling, credit, or vouchers.

•Failure to attend your booking (no-shows) will result in the full loss of the booking fee, with no refund, reschedule, or credit offered.

•Bookings are transferable to another participant provided all eligibility and safety requirements are met.

Alcohol, Intoxication & Behaviour

•For safety reasons, any participant who arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or becomes intoxicated during their visit, will not be permitted to take part in any activity.

•Hatchet Harry’s reserves the right to refuse participation or remove individuals from the venue if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or poses a risk to themselves, staff, or others.

•In such cases, no refunds, reschedules, or compensation will be offered.

•Participation in activities is subject to adherence to all safety briefings, rules, and instructions provided by Hatchet Harry’s staff.

•Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the activity or venue without refund.

•You participate at your own risk, and Hatchet Harry’s accepts no liability for injury or loss except where required by law.
